Good Points

Friendly service and detailed work. Satisfied with approach, manner, care, details needed for repairs, owners and staff knowledges of mechanical and electrical etc etc of the car and its needs are excellent. Work completed on time and with satisfaction, comprehensive servicing with correct equipments.


Bad Points

None to speak of really, work was scheduled and completed on times - they are due to relocate soon which may appear noticeable as the tiredness of the present building on Robertson Ave (which I learned does not belong to them anyway) is due to be demolished upon vacation of CarCraft to their new location coming soon maybe July 07.


General Comments

Ask about anything and you will probably get the correct answer to your question, work is clean and tidy.
I have found if they didn't fixed the problem first time round, they haven't charged labour costs 2nd time round unlike some of the brand name garages which I could have taken the car too - they can do brand name work but they don't do brand name prices, maybe £20 cheaper ph which is nice for the wallet.
