Good Points

Simplicity - all my utilities on just one simple bill. Great personal service from my local rep. Fantastic value for money on all the utilities.
Brilliant telephony/broadband service with their new broadcall. Local rep came and set it all up for us - who could want for more and cheaper!

Bad Points

The billing is a little complicated until you get use to it.
