Good Points

Great sound. Really tactile design. Easy to use. Initially I loved it!


Bad Points

It malfunctioned after only 2 weeks light use. It was sent back to Samsung for repair. Nearly 2 months later Samsung have decided it cannot be repaired and a new unit will take at least another 2 weeks to reach me!


General Comments

If you want quick, efficient product support Samsung is definitely not the company to choose! They just don't seem to care!

    After 6 months, our samsung yp-k3 2 GB no longer backlights the screen--when we took it back to the store here in Taiwan, they said Sony and Samsung require a warranty card, not just the receipt, to repair it.

    No warranty card in sight! 6 mos for $120 is $20 a month--a bit expensive for a rental! On the net, I find a number of complaints about the difficulty of getting this model repaired by Samsung. Add this to the list!
