Were most polite, up to the point I bought the car, then downhill from there!
Bad Points
No petrol in car, warning light on and I had to drive straight to a filling station. No spare key, still waiting after 17 weeks, very frustrating.
General Comments
Will never buy from Arnold Clark again.
