Good for exercising efficiently.
The rubber handle on our Model D cracked apart after less than three years of occasional use by only two people. The rubber started thinning, then a hairline crack ripped open and made the handle useless in a few minutes. Now we try to hold it together with tape, but it is a sticky mess. Concept2 said they have redesigned the handle, but I was surprised they would not replace an obvious defect on such an expensive piece of equipment.
We had previously had another Concept2 rowing machine. The retraction mechanism on it broke, but it was old.
