I survived many a downpour with the Cover Girl Remarkable Waterproof Washable mascara!! It never gave any black rings under my eyes at the end of the day!! I would definitely recommend this if you always have problems with smudging. And it comes off so easily with lots of warm water!!! The only drawback is that lashes do clump more with this one than the other department store brands. However, the low affordable price of $5 does make up for its flaw.
