Possibly the worst customer service I have ever come across
General Comments
Still yet to resolve an issue with Sky Credit Card after over 18 months in regard to late fees due to Sky setting up direct debits incorrectly. I have phoned, written and emailed several times. In April I received a letter stating the issue would finally be resolved by May 24. May 23 I received a letter stating they would answer by June 21 once they had more details from me... yet didn't tell me what those details were. Tried to call them. Guess what? Answerphone. Appalling, appalling, appalling. Avoid at all costs. Really not worth the hassle. Have driven me to this!
