Poor customer service - extortionate rate of interest


General Comments

Reduced our credit limit without informing us which resulted in a credit card cheque which we paid into our bank account being returned one week after the funds had been used, resulting in a massive overdraft at the bank, charges and bank card being downgraded whilst the overdraft was being paid off. Very disappointed.

    um.. credit card chqs are a waste of paper. they charge you massive interest rates as they are treated like cash. you will have saved a lot by adding it to the overdraft instead
