I found the service to customers is terrible, and the handling of all problems seems in the hands of other companies contracted by Air Europa, which makes the people not seem to care about the service they give!

General Comments
I and my partner went from CDG to AGP and return with Air Europa. It was a codeshare flight with Air France from AMS. Air Europa provided us with the most horrible experience. We went to AGP for New Year's Eve and Air Europa lost the luggage of every passenger who had a transfer in AGP. We arrived in AGP with no luggage at all. My luggage was found the next day and it took more than 24 hours to be delivered! They delived the luggage at the hotel in AGP when we phoned everyday to inform that we should go back to AMS! I had to phone the hotel to see if the luggage was delivered there, as the agents of Air Europa could only sent SITAs to the airport! A disaster service care! I had never seen such a bad service in my life! 41 days to deliver a luggage! We wrote a letter in February 2007 and up to now we are still waiting for an answer!
