Good Points

Terrific Value! My daughter shot a Canadian Honker out of a kayak with her H&R .410 at the age of 10 - (along with 3 teal and a coot that weekend) on her first duck hunt.. It shoots consistently and accurately - we have started to reload .410 to minimize cost. We have had no problems with the 3 inch shells and find the barrel to be plenty heavy and well made. I picked that gun up yesterday for the first time in 5 months, fired once and "killed" the clay bird I shot at. My son started with one yesterday (he is 9) and after a few practice rounds began to consistently kill the plastic bottle. It took him 5 tries and he killed his first clay bird on the fly of the thrower. We have owned two of these guns in the past five years, in part because they are economical enough for each kid to have his/her own - I heartily recommend this gun for anyone starting with young shooters.

General Comments

Would be nice to get a couple of other chokes. Great little gun and great value!
