Excellent quality of service phone and email
24/7 phone service
It could be less expensive
As a light user I make limited broadband demands but with my constant 'fiddling' with the several Windows versions on my PC I often get corruptions of data including mail and browser settings. When needed a very high level of courteous help has always been quickly available.
I have been with Waitrose since its inception and have nothing but praise for their package. For me the relatively high cost compared to that of the high volume leaders is more than made up with the quality of service.
