General Comments

My credit card was charged the day I submitted the order. The ring was over 1 week late when I started to call. I proceeded to ask about the status of my order, and I got disconnected. I called back and was told my ring was being engraved and would be shipped that day. The following evening I got an e-mail from Wedding Bands Fast stating their machines were all broken down, and they have to have a mechanic from Italy come to service the machines. He stated two new machines had to be ordered from Italy and installed, and it would cause them to be down for another 10 days. He asked me to be "Honest" about when my wedding date was so he could process all of his orders accordingly. It's been another 10 days, and I still haven't received a reply to my e-mail or phone calls, and I still don't have my ring!!
