General Comments

Having read all the reviews I visited this hotel with an open mind, with a party of 20 others we all agreed - what a disappointment.

Rooms looked into an inner courtyard and you felt you were in a prison. Continued loud noises from mini golf below. No air-conditioning despite temperatures constantly over 25C (not yet summer season according to hotel) If you opened the patio door the mosquitoes visited you and the birds woke you at 5 am.) Constant banging of doors all night from other guests. Watch the dangerous tiled floors. We slipped five times due to leaking fridge and the toilet overflow, which just emptied onto the bathroom floor.

TV had no remote but you could hire one (extra)- all buttons on the front were broken. Only one English channel (BBC World News) but they could get SKY News in the bar! Volume turned off to make you get the remote. Radio did not work at all. Broken bulb in standard lamp that was never replaced. Extra charges also if you wanted safe key or tea tray with kettle.

Breakfast was watered down orange juice, tasteless sausages or hot dogs, uncooked tomatoes, raw or burnt streaky bacon and scrambled egg floating in water. Tea and coffee was dispensed from machines and both tasted dreadful. Even had to pay for water with your meal.

All meals were lukewarm and never hot and many were sent back as inedible. That was from all 20 of us. Gave up the last two days and ate out.

Went for a short walk round the block one morning and was stopped 8 times by time share pests including ones just jumping out of cars in front of us. Don't venture too far round St Paul's Bay either, as you will be overwhelmed by the smell of raw sewage.

One of the worst holidays we have had.
