Good Points

They are a little more expensive to buy than other softeners but so much cheaper to run and I've spoken to another owner in my area who has had one for 28 years and it's still working perfectly.
There are no timers or electric, you can leave it alone and know that it's doing what it should be and not wasting money on salt because it only cleans itself when it needs to! I've saved a fortune on cleaning products too!

General Comments

If you want a softener that's going to last and last and last then buy a Kinetico 2020c. It's false economy to buy a cheap imitation that only does half a job!
