How could it be improved? - Easy- it needs a built in self destruct button that blows it into a million little pieces
This is a dog of phone, cheap, nasty, and unreliable with no redeeming features.
Sadly I got mine as a freebie from Vodafone for signing up for another contract term, the truth is the contract lasts longer then the phone has. It's been in for repair for cutting out during calls, volume so low you cant have a conversation, for turning itself off without warning (no, not for a low battery) and getting the same text message over and over again.
This is one of those phones built for network use, that is the networks are able to customise with there own features- so its clearly built to a price- and a low one at that.
How bad is it really? Put it this way, after 5 years loyal custom I have cancelled my contract with Vodafone 12 months early because they refuse to change the phone, that's a measure of how annoyed I am with this phone.
