I bought the Tom Tom One about a week ago and unfortunately I've have had a few problems with it.
He told me that all I need to do is follow on screen instructions and all should be OK and that there is a manual "for people who cant suss it out" - how rude can somebody be?
After loads of journeys I feel I have "sussed" it out and can now see where I was going wrong with the navigation, I have been on many day trips and outings where I have found it excellent with directions and only a few where it has messed up with the odd side street being now blocked off or one way.
I would recommend the Tom Tom to my friends but would steer well clear of the staff at Halfords as they can not spend the time with their customers.
