I ordered my phone from this shop and am still waiting, I've called their customer service about 100 times and they just fob me off. basically they are saying that the phone is on its way and I should get it in the next day or so. The only thing is they have been telling me this for the last 3 weeks. I have cancelled my old contract and am now getting concerned that these jokers are going to let me down and I will be without a phone.

I spoke to their customer service manager Karen on Monday and she has assured me that it will be this week - I think she also telling me a load of rubbish just to get me off the phone!

    I have been with orange for a good few years and do agree the service has fallen I have just been on line to order my new pay as you go phone during the transaction I had to phone the C /C.
    I managed to speak with a rep of Orange and was cut off !,how rude, I re dialled then spoke with another this time a guy again I was off ! how rude,,third time lucky the chap was of use ,he apologised for the previous service I experienced ,this guy knew customer care , now I await my new phone in two or three days , I will post the result I am hopeful ...I have never had any problems with signal always been able to contact people even Australia, it is the C/C that needs overhauled Marie
