Looks. Space for children/passengers.
Looks nice and handles well.............however. The gearbox is shocking, in fact so bad that I have to describe it as dangerous. The indifferent and prolonged lag at junctions means you are seriously at risk of being T-boned from the side and once the power kicks in the car shoots forward which also means the car in front could be in trouble. After persistent complaints BMW eventually described it as a characteristic of the car.......does not really correlate with information contained within their brochures ......."smooth transition". I have never let my wife drive the car for fear she will have an accident!
