Small, and extremely good battery life.
Bluetooth was rubbish. Dropping signal and phasing Bluetooth on and off all the time. the 8100 simply would not work with car kit.
Horrid phone not thought through. The keyboard is fiddly as is the silly non qwerty set up. Bluetooth is absolute rubbish. RIM have got to sort it. This went back and the 8800 replaced it. Reception better and not one problem with Bluetooth. Bad phone, keep away!
