The website is very easy to use. Once you are registered with them and give them details of credit/debit card it is very simple
High booking fees. Ludicrous postal service.
They have stopped using the Royal Mail and now have a 'postal partner'. It costs about a fiver to get the tickets delivered which was bad enough but now you have to be handed the tickets in person so you can sign for them. I needed time off work for this then, brilliant. I can think of better things to do with my holidays than sit around waiting for someone to deliver tickets that I have paid a premium for. Like go on holiday for example. Go back to the Royal Mail where at least you could nip down to the post office to sign for your tickets if you were out when they got delivered!
