100% of Animal Friends net profits go back to Animal Charities. I was very happy that they offer a competitive rate for their Lifetime policies. I was very satisfied with the customer services that I received and that I could easily speak to the person who I took the insurance out with. I have not yet made a claim, but I'm sure if the service is as good in claims as it is in customer services I will be very satisfied.
