Good Points

A contemporary looking website.


Bad Points

There is a £25 return charge on all items. The website does not make this sufficiently clear. In fact, in the main part of the site, it suggests that all returns are free. The company say this is what it costs to return a rug by courier, but in fact you could do it much cheaper yourself. Unfortunately, Woven Ground insist on picking up the goods themselves, therefore making £25.


General Comments

This is a classic example of swish website design concealing shoddy service and a cavalier attitude to consumer rights. If you want to place an order with Woven Ground, then I recommend you read the terms and conditions very very carefully.
