The two balls really help with alignment on short putts and it it well balanced meaning less twisting on your putts so again helping with accuracy.
Bad Points
The weight and size of the damn thing! Make no mistake this is a big putter. Maybe not as big as some of the newer ones on the market but still quite sizeable. Because of this it is also quite heavy and will not be to everyones taste.
General Comments
I have a mixed experience of this putter. On long putts I found it to be excellent. The weight and balance of the club really helped with a long controlled swing making it fairly easy to judge to putt and get a good consistent roll on the shot. On shorter putts however, I found this to be the complete opposite. I found because it was so heavy I was always hitting to hard and hitting through the line of the putt and ended up missing loads! This kind of negated the effect of the two ball alignment as I couldn't control the ball to keep it on the line I had aimed it on! The feel off the white hot insert was quite nice though however this is in most of odysseys putters now and not just this one. My recommendation would be to try a more standard well balanced heel toe weighted putter such as the classic Ping anser! I went back to this after the 2 ball fiasco and my putting has improved no end! I am a 2 handicap player so I do know what I am talking about!
