Good looks, mine is the fully fared version in light metallic blue, great handling and speed.
Bad Points
Nothing really only a bit heavy only when on an angle I stalled it while slow turning (My Fault) and i nearly dropped it just managed to hold it up I'm 5' 7" and 70kgs while riding and stationary no worries also heavy and awkward to put on to main stand with no actual grab rail, I think this is indicative to all bigger bikes.
General Comments
I have just got back into riding and I did take a few bikes for a trial, like a Suzuki TL1000, Kawasaki Ninja 1200, Honda Fireblade and a couple of others and found the Bandit 1200's nicer to ride all round.
The bike has an excellent power to weight ratio and good low down torque and also capable of 240k's plus.
I am a novice rider but have found the Bandit easy to tip into sharp corners and power out a great feeling! Nice and nimble - does everything I need it to. Also, passing other vehicles is no problem with awesome acceleration. Only a short passing distance is required.
I have taken the new 2007 Bandit for a ride and its just as good, if not better than the '02 to '06 model with a completely re-designed bike.

So, if a driver with the $5,000 minimum totals out your $15,000 bike, his insurance company will pay you only $5,000. How will you get the other $10,000?
