Very unhelpful when you ring
I have been with British Credit Trust for over 2 years. I had one late payment in January 2007, only by 1 day. I rang up and explained that we had just come off holiday and the payment machines in the bank were not working. The woman on the other end of the phone said "well, you should make sure the payment is there". Like it was my fault the banks machine had broken. A couple of weeks later I rang them, as I wanted to trade my car in. They said they could not help me at the moment, and I was told to try again in 6 months. If it wasn't for losing the car I've go. I would not pay them another penny.
