Haven't got half a day to list them
We have BTconnect at my place of work - a charity. It's been out of action for two months now. Tech support over the phone has been appalling. The only thing they seem to say is "Have you tried switching your computer off and switching it on again......" - alternating this with blaming everything other than their own product. I just want out.
