Online banking
Business manager not available outside office hours too often. Letters sent that are not consistent - eg in credit and overdrawn in same letter. Charges unreasonable for size of business eg £100 to set up small overdraft facility.
I've banked with Lloyds for years - and I'm looking to close all my accounts now. I am so annoyed about the most recent communications from them, and the unavailability of someone who can do anything about it - could they phone me at work tomorrow? ( when that's totally unrelated to my business account). All they want is more money in charges and a reduced service to me because it's such a small business.
