Can store a lot of music and other information. Handy when you go abroad.
Battery died after 1.5 years. To replace it Apple said I have to pay them £166.
Inconvenient to load music to it. You could not just drag and drop a folder to it, you have to put it into their software first.
Requires a 3 additional software to have be installed on your computer, one to load music, one to have your iPod recognised by the iTunes, and iPod updater.
When it was working I could not really complain. The only annoying thing was that I had a lot of hassle with their software and some songs were louder then the other so I have to keep changing the volume, that was very inconvenient when I was on the move. When the battery died and Apple told me on their website that it cost £166 to replace it I was shocked. I bought a battery from the ipodstop.co.uk for £17 but I could not open the iPod. After reading that Apple planned to have short life-span, fragile hard drives, and planned obsolescence for their iPods I decided not to waste a single penny any more on the Apple products and to buy something else.
