General Comments

Breathe is so poor it can hardly be called a service. It has been on and offine for the past two months, once for a period of four weeks with no explanation and a customer service number which was hardly ever answered probably because the poor staff manning the lines seemed to have no idea of when service would be resumed or why there was no service. Most of my email from this period has been lost, presumably erased. It is now once again out of service with no explanation and I am taking very fast steps to sign up with a more reliable provider.
