This bat has a solid feel to it, not too heavy, but good enough to get some power under a bouncer, thick spine that i like, nice curve going into the toe and a solid willow blade. For the price, I've never known a better bat for a stroke batsman like myself.
The shoulders are a little sharp and the grip is poor, in fact the grip is like a child's grip, I had to spend a further £14.99 to get a quality grip, like you'd get on a V400 or V500, but I honestly prefer the body of the V200.
This is a great first bat, a great bat for somebody that is new to the game or not able to spend a lot of money on one. The blade is linen covered so it doesn't need knocking in, but be ready to add another £15/£20 on it as needs a quality grip and toe guard.
