I honestly can say there are absolutely no bad points.

I first visited Always & Forever Bridal Boutique in January 2007, with my Mum and sister. I was really nervous going in because I had been to a few bridal shops already, and I had come out feeling deflated. A friend at work had told me about a shop she had visited with her sister, who was getting married later this year, and she couldn't praise them enough. So I got on the phone immediately and made an appointment.

I am a dress size 20, and all the bridal shops I'd been too had looked at me like a blimp when I walked in the door, and they had nothing above a size 12 for me to try. I went into Always & Forever, and we were met with the warmest of welcomes by the owners, who happen to be sisters. I have never in my life been made to feel more special than I have by these ladies. I was also reassured by the fact that when I just glanced around the shop I could actually see that the gowns were are all in sizes, and I quote the wonderful sister duo themselves 'FOR REAL WOMEN'. I felt like I had died and gone to heaven, and I couldn't believe that I was actually going to be able to try on some gowns that fit me. I wanted to cry tears of pure joy. We had a good look around, chose the gowns and accessories that I just loved and would like to try on, which was a hard task because they had so many beautiful gowns.

Along with my Mum and sister we were shown to the upstairs fitting room, which is just lovely, and totally private. No standing in front of the shop window where everyone can see you here. Big mirrors in front and behind you, and comfortable seating for my mum and sister too, with lovely decor. We were offered, and of course accepted a lovely bottle of Bucks Fizz, and we had some chocolates too. I got to try on loads of wonderful gowns, and my mum and sister were sat like visitors at a catwalk show awaiting my unveiling as a blushing bride, and they were loving it. I totally fell in love with my gown, tiara and veil, and I ordered them that day, along with my bridesmaids dresses and all my menswear too. My Mum even got a gorgeous outfit for my big day, and a dress for a cruise she's on at the moment. I can't wait for my gown to arrive! It's due in June; so not long to wait now.

I am looking forward to seeing the owners again, as they actually care about you and your wedding plans. They have advised me on so much more than all the clothes for the big day. They got me a photographer organised, a cake, and they even came out to my house to measure all the men for the suits - there are 20 of them. You just couldn't ask for better service.

To any of you future brides out there, no matter what your dress size is, know that you will be met with a warm welcome by people that actually care.
