Safe when the brakes work!
Bad Points
Brake Pads did not make 12k kilometers - I paid for pads, dealer paid for labor.
Front and rear panels-poor fit.
Unable to pass inspection - Tie rod ends replaced at 48K kilometers.
Tyres replaced at 52 k kilometers.
Dealer too expensive and non-responsive.
First and last Mercedes - back to an Audi!
General Comments
Quality Control must be sporadic at best. Other owners love this vehicle, but I do not know why. Looks great, but this was a true disappointment. Chrysler should have sold off Daimler-Benz!
