Good Points
Local and extremely friendly, unlike the Thomas Cook website, available in person if something goes wrong.
Will match any similar holiday from the web normally if available.

Bad Points
Not come across anything really bad.

General Comments
I have built a relationship with my high street Travel Agent and search on their website for bargains or quality and then go into the shop and ask for a match, I have always got it. You get the security of a person to deal with, rather than a screen or a phone.
