They only show fares with available seats which was a good point, I would have liked to have known the exact booking class for my Frequent Flyer Miles.
Bad Points
There was a delay in handling my Credit card on the site and I had to phone and recheck that everything was OK
General Comments
Have used them often in the past for Phone bookings, somehow I feel more comfortable speaking to a human being. I also believe their Call Centre is in the UK ..So thats a good thing
