Good Points

Customizable machines.


Bad Points

More expensive than other shops, their order tracker requires you to memorize your customer number and order number rather than just being able to access it when you log into your account. Took a WEEK for delivery and then a day before it should have been delivered they told me it was going to be at least another 9 days! Seems they forgot to refund me when I cancelled the order and then when I rang up again for it they told me it was going to be another 5 days or so before I got refunded. Even worse, they charge £60 for their super-long delivery times.

Everyone I spoke to had VERY thick Indian accents making it hard to understand them (and them me apparently).

First time I tried to order and it said it went through on the site etc, I rang up because I'd not received an email confirmation a day later and they told me that order hadn't actually gone through!

Absolute nightmare.


General Comments

Work out what specs you want then go get a laptop from somewhere else, you'll probably save money, get it much sooner and wont have to deal with a difficult website and massive delivery times.
