Good Points

Its a lovely phone to look at, very big screen, very sharp.


Bad Points

The battery life is awful, and when you get the low battery warning the phone will probably not last any more than an hour at most. The reception is really bad, it's always 'searching' or no network (I'm on Vodafone and never had a problem with signal from my old phone). It cuts out when making calls.


General Comments

Disappointed with this phone, the D840 doesn't give me anything better than my old Samsung d600. The thinness of the phone is nice, but it is quite wide. Wish I'd waited for something better on my upgrade!
