As good points, nothing more to say but saved money, free delivery, hassle free, good rates of finance, etc.

General Comments

Excellent customer service, I had to wait 12 weeks for my car, which I knew at the time of order. I saved £5500 on my car and they would ring regularly to update me On the progress of my order. It was delivered to the door, totally stress free with nearly half a tank of fuel. We are about to change our second car soon and would use them again in an instance. Tip, I'm a Lloyds TSB customer so we had a cheque back after 3 weeks for using them. 10/10

    Customer service absolutely disgraceful. Had to wait 3 months for my car to be delivered first time I bought from them. No updates as promised from their customer service team as to when my car would arrive. So I ended up having to chase them up about it! I've also recently spoke to them about trading in my car as I'm nearing the end of my agreement only to be greeted by rudeness and arrogance from one of their male sales team. Avoid at all costs!
