At first - good impression. Website was OK, and the bike was cheaper than anywhere else.
It was due today, but nothing's appeared. No email to explain why.
In today's internet purchasing world, a stores value is based on value for money and whether you can trust them to deliver the right thing on time. I expected more from Woolworths - who have clearly not got their act together on internet shopping. I also bought a kids helmet 2 days ago from an independent, and it arrived today, as expected. This is the level of expectation today for your internet shoppers, and Woolworths is not there yet. If they had sent an email to say it wasn't coming today they might have redeemed themselves!
