Good Points

it's a great concept, replay later what you've missed earlier, get video and films "on demand" whenever you choose.

Bad Points

the replay feature mainly applies to BBC channels, and then only selected programs: plenty of Eastenders, not much drama series... Generally it seems that anything that can be sold elsewhere (DVD or extra subscription) will not feature there... No foreign channels available... I still don't know how to tape, just connecting the VCR as explained in the Homechoice literature does not do the trick...

General Comments

We had a few glitches with the Homechoice at the beginning due to faulty hardware (see comments posted at the time) but generally it's been working well. And we're quite far away from the exchange (2km, according to "Sam Knows")... So it's possible. But the general feeling is disappointment because of the content issues listed above... Plus now it's part of Tiscali, so we live in fear... To be fair, we've enjoyed the Video on Demand and films, but overall I would not recommend it with enthusiasm.
