A free trial before you buy.
After that it just gets better. As with ALL DVD burning if you burn at HALF the rated speed for your media you get perfect backups of the original.
None whatsoever. Some people might say the price is a bit high, you get what you pay for, and this is the best.
If you use good media like Verbatim or tayio yuden, you will not have problems.
There is a Forum for users who are friendly as well as helpful.
After hundreds of backups, I have yet to make a bad one.
