Horrific customer service (they charged me for the worst service, and make you wait for about 20 minutes every time you call). The website is tricky as it gives errors but it still charged me.
I tried to contact them to get a refund, and they say there is no available customer service operator, and that they'll call me back, which they never did.

General Comments
AVOID OPODO!!! The service is the worst I've seen for any travel website. It seems like they do the anti-customer service job.
