Unbreakable, just dropped it 20ft onto concrete and not a scratch on it, that's what prompted me to let the world know how good it is.

Original model had keypad issues, O2 sent me a new phone and the keypad is made out of a different material which puts an end to the problems as far as I'm aware.
General Comments
The 5500 Sport has everything you could possibly want that I'm aware of in a phone. MP3, series 60, Bluetooth, 2mp camera, 64 mb card included, sports mode with pedometer and calories burned info, tap controls which I've not seen on any other phone and its utterly indestructible.
I can not think of a reason not to buy this phone. It is flawless.
