★★☆☆☆

Good Points
The directions are good and fairly easy to follow. The screen is bright (when its being charged only). The commands are nice and loud and very clear.

Bad Points
It gets very easily confused when you go away from a road. And it tends to think that if a road travels over or under another it thinks its a actual turning you can go down, despite the 40 foot drop. It would also pack up and freeze a lot. BEWARE if this happens once, take it back A.S.A.P. It will only happen more. You also don't get a lot in the box and accessories are not cheep.

General Comments
Was impressed at first, but as you come to grips with it you'll find you'll out-grow it in a week, and you'll be wanting more from it. After the problems I had I took it back to Halfords, who were not surprised and had told me I wasn't the first. I have now bought a Garmin Nuvi 310 and it far far better and there is a lot more detail to the mapping which the Navman F20 lacks big time.
If you want a Sat-Nav that your only going to use on a Sunday and your over fifty its perfect. Buy it for your dad at Christmas, Sat-Nav is a modern marvel to anyone over forty. But do not buy it for your fella or girlfriend who drive all over the place every day.
