Good Points
Effectively blocked pop ups

Bad Points
Let a virus in that completely killed my computer. Tried to fix over the net, but I couldn't access the tech support online. Then tried tech support over the phone. The call center is so bad I couldn't even understand what they said, plus, they apparently take their brains out and put in a recording that repeats a script, no real help there. Moreover, paid $70 for remote assistance which DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. Ended up reinstalling Windows... and now Norton will not re-install. All for the better, since nobody should use this.
