Good Points

Cheap downloads.
Found album not readily available for next to no money!

Bad Points

Customer service slow from issue - not yet sure if I will be refunded.
Be quick - 24 hours to download your purchase - if their DB goes down, you may have to repurchase

General Comments

Revised review of 28apr2007:

MP3SUGAR.COM have replied b email indicating they had a database problem and have taken this long to deal with the backlog of issues: purchases failed can be reapplied for or refund requested by email.

I have since returned to the site and REPURCHASED what originally failed.

Sure enough I have received the music I wanted, at a stonkingly LOW price.

It remains to be seen what the result will be of my request for refund from the original failed purchase...
