Good Points

They start off very friendly and helpful, but it seems to go downhill very quickly from there!


Bad Points

Moving the bar and awful lot. They keep on asking for more and more documentation. You supply what they need, they take their time over it then you have to supply the same thing again and as it has now taken longer you then have to supplier additional information on top of this. Its a joke!


General Comments

From the start they seemed very helpful and knew how to help. Unfortunately it goes sour very quickly and they seem to keep on asking for the same thing over and over again.
