Good Points

Looks good and makes great coffee on the odd occasions that it works

It rarely works!!


General Comments

The Gaggia Titanium machine made great coffee for three months and then broke down. We had to pay £50 for it to be collected because we had bought it on the internet. Gaggia returned it and the machine wortked for a couple of months then broke down again. We have owned it for two years, it has been back to Gaggia five times and we have had less than 1000 coffees from the machine. We are now looking for another coffee machine and we wont be buying from Gaggia again.
