Staff in branch are nice
Online payments not working.
I've also been having problems with the online payment facility. I wrote to Nationwide and received a series of emails insisting that I change my router. I explained that I use my employer's internet connection to access my accounts, and therefore do not have the option to change my router, and since this has only become a problem within the last month or so, I suggested that they look to their own site and make it accessible to all. They have advised me that they have no plans to change their site and so I will be looking for a new bank (considering I have been a customer since I was 14, and have all my savings, current account, joint current account and savings accounts with them, I am surprised that they are not willing to do more for me).
