Had not seen any recent reviews and decided to contribute. GameZnFlix, with it's 9 district centres beats Gamefly hands down even though they recently opened one in PA. GZ has post office scan in on returns also and when it hits the post office message. goes to GZ and next one is sent while the return meanders back to the district centres You'll experience some, but not always, a delay if you screw up and put nothing but first release new games and flicks in your queue. They can't be expected to buy a new release for everyone expected to want it. BUT, you still may get it first out with your reserve order before release function. I'm very satisfied and they are cheaper, AND they have both games and movies.
Bad Points
customer service is always e-mail but pretty good response. Small outfit and probably CS reps are stuffing mailers when not answers inquiries.
General Comments
They are still a start up but doing better as each day passes. Have extras on their web-site like podcasts of extreme sports and movies, a bunch of stuff that is free to whomever clicks in.They have movie downloads already for a price and are thinking ahead to when DVDs will no longer be our media for games and movies.
