Good Points

If you are in luck and can fly on one of their new B767 - 300 aircraft. The new Premium Business Class seat is very comfortable and the in-flight entertainment is far superior to many First Class cabins.


Bad Points

Service is horrible. I couldn't even get a refill on my champagne and if you are in the old style 767, the business class is a joke. Seats are old and most are broken, entertainment is horrible. Cabin crew's English is poor and hard to understand. You leave the airplane hungry, irrespective of the so-called two meal service on my flight, no one ever came around to check on me. If you ring the flight attendant call button, don't expect anyone to show up either.


General Comments

I really dis-like American Airlines but I would fly American any day over LAN. The only time I will give them a try again is when 100% of their fleet has been upgraded, supposedly around May 2008.
